I forgot my password/username

Solution Failing logging in, and checking the My Password isn't working article you should follow these instructions.
  1. Go to the Star Sonata website -- If you're not logged in, skip to step 4
  2. Make sure the email associated to your account is valid and correct
  3. Log out of the account
  4. Go to the forgotten details here to set a more memorable password.
    5. If you've not got your account back after this, you should create a support ticket, providing us with proof of account ownership, such as the last four digits of the credit card number or the PayPal email used for the most recent subscription payment. If you've never subscribed using these options we can still possibly help you, so create a ticket and we'll see what we can do to help.
