Forgetting to pack a base over reset

Solution If you forget or are unable to pack an important base during a universe reset and lose it, you can submit a request via support ticket to have us restore the contents of your base to one of your ships after the universe reset has taken place. Because this has to be done manually by us and is a little bit involved, we will require a payment of 10 Space Points for this service.
